The Intro follows the format of a regular 60 min CrossFit class. You'll do a warm-up, followed by technical instruction for several functional movements that you will then get to do in a metabolic conditioning workout (known as a metcon). Yoga for athletes

Stay ahead of your mobility issues and take this class! Class blends traditional yoga with focus on joint mobility and body control for CrossFit and weightlifting movements. Free for current members on a Progress or Proven plan (will be counted just like attendance at a regular CF class).

Bi-weekly mobility class, including instructor lead stretching and mobilizing focusing on a rotating group of basic mobility issues (hip, shoulders, etc), as well as weekly suggestions tied to each week's programming.

Workshop (free to members) No purchase required to enroll

2-3pm at H Street: Strict Pull Up Clinic for those of you who are working on getting your first pull up or on building your baseline strength to make kipping ore efficient.
3-4pm at H Street: Butterfly Pull Up Clinic for those of you who are working on this higher skill movement and a) have 5+ strict unbroken pull ups b) have 10+ unbroken kipping pull ups

Come by Saturday afternoons from 2p-3:30p at either location to get ready for the CrossFit Open with us! We'll talk strategy, practice skills we commonly see and tackle an Open workout from the archives.
